A coming together of chefs to listen, talk and debate the future of food.
Food on the Edge is a two-day symposium for chefs and food enthusiasts from all around the world who want to create a better global network. Founded in Galway in 2015, it has become an annual meeting point for the people shaping what we eat, how we cook and how food reaches us.
